Tech Talk: AI Ready Data Architecture in the Enterprise
Speaker: Michael Sekamanya (Ametnes)
Abstract: This session will explore how enterprises can strategically prepare for AI adoption by assessing data architecture readiness. We will focus on critical capabilities such as knowledge and context sharing, data cataloging and lineage, data privacy and security, and data democratization—key enablers for unlocking enterprise-wide value from AI.

Tech Talk: Using Claude Code + MCP to validate AI workflows
Speaker: Tyrone Avnit (Civic)
Abstract: Before you invest weeks building an AI feature, how do you know if an LLM can actually do what you need? Through the story of “Riley,” an LLM who gets a phone, we’ll explore how tool-calling transformed AI from pattern-matching to real action—and how Claude Code lets you prototype complex agent behaviors in minutes using pre-configured MCPs, without writing a single line of code. By the end, you’ll see how to:
- Validate if an AI workflow is viable before you build it
- Rapidly test real-world tasks (like parsing emails or files) against real data
- Save weeks of development by treating Claude Code as your agent R&D lab
